When I was young, I did not take school seriously. I never did my homework.  My mom was not happy and she had to help with my school work. 

 

I struggled with fractions when I was a kid. My mom was helping me with them. She told me that I had to practice a lot until I was good at it. She was right. I did so many problems that I  eventually got good at it.

In high school, I took my first statistics course.   I fell in love with the course because we can use it to solve problems in the real world. 

​

I had a bad grade in a university math course. One professor told me that I would not be able to do Master's based on that grade.  I proved him wrong. I got two Master's Degrees. 

 

If I overcame my struggle with math, then  you can do as well.  Do not let anybody underestimate you. Prove them wrong.
